Most venues have the same answer when something comes up: too bad. You bought the ticket, that's your problem.
We've never liked that answer. We're a small show — you've literally seen our entire staff if you've attended — and we'd rather find a way to keep you happy than pocket your money and lose you as a guest forever.
Here's exactly how our policy works:
What You Can Do With Your Tickets
More than 7 days before your show:
- Full cancellation, no questions asked
- Exchange for a future show date, no questions asked
Less than 7 days before your show:
- Exchange for a future show date — $20 service fee per order
- Exchange for a never-expiring gift card — $20 service fee per order
That gift card doesn't have a clock on it. Use it when life settles down.

Q: What counts as a valid reason to cancel or exchange? Nothing. We don't ask. Illness, babysitter, traffic, change of plans — it doesn't matter. If you need to cancel or exchange within the window, just reach out.
